摘要
我国高校心理健康教育工作起步于20世纪80年代,随着社会经济的发展,心理健康工作呈现出更为复杂的特点。该文根据文献检索、个案调查和工作经验,梳理并总结了新时代大学生心理健康状况,分析了高校心理健康教育工作存在的问题,尝试对高校心理健康教育路径进行优化探索。
Psychological health education started in colleges and universities of China in the 1980s.With the de velopment of society and economy,psychological health work has shown more complicated characteristics.Based on literature retrieval,case investigation and work experience,this paper summarizes and sorts out the current situation of college students’psychological health in the new era,analyzes the problems existing in psychological health education in colleges and universities,and tries to explore the path optimization of psychological health education in colleges and universities.
