碳税率策略下供应链成本与收入决策优化 被引量:2

The Cost and Revenue Decision Optimization for Supply Chain under the Carbon Tax Strategy

摘要 物流运输中的碳排放是造成气候变暖的主要原因之一,因此制定合理的碳排放决策策略,进而降低物流过程中的碳排放,是当前供应链管理领域的热点研究问题之一。针对一个由供应商—中转站(回收中心)—经销商构成的三级供应链网络,在考虑碳税率策略的实施对供应链成本与收入影响的条件下,以供应链整体的成本与收入同时最优为目标,分别研究建立了“正向”和“正向+逆向”供应链网络相应决策问题的双目标混合整数规划模型,并设计了对应的求解方法。以某类型家电产品为例,用数值实验的方法验证了所建决策模型和求解方法的有效性。研究结果表明,制定合理的碳税率策略不仅会一定程度的增加供应链的整体收入,而且还会潜在增强供应链的市场竞争能力。该研究成果旨在为相关企业组织或联盟构建碳税率约束下的供应链整体最优运作方案提供合理的决策依据,亦可为政府相关部门制定碳税率政策提供科学的指导意见。 Carbon emission in the supply chain is one of the main sources of climate change.It is one of the hot research issues in the current supply chain to formulate a reasonable carbon tax decision-making mechanism and reduce the carbon emission of the logistics process.Based on a three-level supply chain network which consists of suppliers and transfer stations(recycling centers)as well as dealers,we establish the double-objective mixed integer programming model for the forward supply chain and the closed-loop supply chain network,respectively,aim to optimize the total cost and revenue of the supply chain at the same time,under the condition of the carbon tax constraint and take into account the influence of the reverse logistics on the overall supply chain network.The paper not only analyzes the structural characteristics of the proposed model,but also designs the corresponding solving method.Taking the information of a certain type of household appliances as an example,the correctness of the proposed model and the validity of the solving method as well as the rationality of the carbon tax rate and its cost measurement method are all tested and analyzed.The research results show that setting a reasonable carbon tax rate can not only increase the overall revenue of the supply chain to some extent,but also enhance the market competitiveness of the supply chain.The corresponding research results aim to provide the best design guidance for some enterprises to construct optimal decision strategies for supply chain,in order to effectively control and reduce carbon emission costs.Moreover,the relevant results can also provide some reasonable scientific basis for some enterprises to make some forward-looking operational decisions,and provide some reasonable scientific basis for government departments to formulate carbon tax policies too.
