选择性激光烧结铺粉辊运动参数分析 被引量:4

Analysis of the Motion Parameters of Selective Laser Sintering Laying Roller

摘要 在选择性激光烧结技术中,成型缸内的粉末密度及其均匀性将直接影响烧结成型件的质量。为了提高铺粉的质量,以铺粉辊为研究对象,利用EDEM软件仿真铺粉过程,研究了铺粉辊的半径尺寸、平动速度,自转速度等对铺粉质量的影响规律。结果表明:当铺粉辊半径增大,粉末均匀性相应升高,而密度相对降低;平动速度达到峰值后,随平动速度上升而粉末密度减小;合适的自转速度会使成型缸中粉末密度的均匀性更好,粉末层更加平整。确定最佳工艺参数为铺粉辊半径15mm,平动速度35mm/s,自转角度1.6rad/s,此时粉层的密度4.7g/cm^(3),密度标准差为0.195g/cm^(3)。 In Selective Laser Sintering(SLS),the powder density and uniformity in the forming cylinder will directly affect the quality of the sintered parts. In order to improve the quality of powder laying,taking the powder laying roller as the research object and using EDEM software to simulate the powder laying process,the influence rules of the radius size,translational speed and rotation speed of the powder laying roller on the quality of powder laying were studied. The results showed that the powder uniformity increased with the increase of the radius of pawnshop roller,but the density decreased. After the translational velocity reaches its peak,the powder density decreases with the increase of translational velocity. The proper rotation speed will make the powder density uniformity in the molding cylinder better and the powder layer more flat. The optimal process parameters were determined to be 15 mm radius,35 mm/s translational speed and 1.6 rad/s rotation Angle of the powder roller. At this time,the density of the powder layer was 4.7 g/cm^(3) and the density standard deviation was0.195 g/cm^(3).
