大口径空间组装式望远镜主动支撑促动器设计与研究 被引量:2

Design and Research of Active Support Actuator for Large Diameter Space Assembly Telescope

摘要 在轨组装空间望远镜是将望远镜进行模块化,模块通过一次或多次发射送入预定轨道,并在轨道上完成整机组装、调试,能够彻底突破运载工具和单体大口径镜体制造能力的制约,是未来空间光学领域的必然发展方向。在轨组装空间望远镜的重点、难点在于大口径主镜的组装、调试。主镜由多个子镜模块阵列而成,入轨组装完成后通过具备大行程、高精度、抗振动、大刚度的精密促动器完成子镜间的共焦共位相调试以达到成像要求。对此,设计了一种粗精促动分离式精密促动器,促动器输出端采取柔性铰链机构,利用一组步进电机同时进行粗、精促动,采取理论分析与数值模拟相结合的研究方法进行分析,结果表明,所设计促动器能够提供20mm的行程范围,以及3nm的促动精度,能够满足空间组装式望远镜主动支撑系统及运载条件对促动器的需求。 In-orbit assembly space telescope is to modularize the telescope. The module is sent to the predetermined orbit by one or more launches,and the whole machine is assembled and debugged on the track. It can completely break through the manufacturing capability of the vehicle and the single-caliber mirror body. The constraints are the inevitable development direction of the future space optics field. The key point and difficulty in assembling space telescopes in orbit are the assembly and debugging of large-diameter primary mirrors. The main mirror is formed by array of multiple sub-mirror modules. After the assembly of the orbit is completed,the confocal and co-phase are debugged by the precision actuator with large stroke,high precision,anti-vibration and large rigidity to meet the imaging requirements. In this regard,a coarse and fine actuated separate precision actuator is designed. The output end of the actuator adopts a flexible hinge mechanism,and a stepping motor is used for simultaneous coarse and fine actuation. The combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is adopted. The research method is analyzed and the results show that the designed actuator can provide a stroke range of 20 mm and an actuation precision of 3 nm,which can meet the requirements of the space-assembled telescope active support system and the carrying condition of the actuator.
