纳米纤维素基表面增强拉曼传感器

摘要 表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)是一种用于增强特殊制备的贵金属(主要是Au和Ag)基底上目标分子的拉曼散射信号的技术。SERS检测技术能够快速、无损、低丰度且指纹性的识别待测分子,尤其是柔性SERS传感器的开发使此技术的应用空间得到进一步扩展。纳米纤维素具有高比表面积、高长径比、高结晶度、高机械强度、生物可降解等特性,可制备纳米纸、薄膜、水/气凝胶等柔性材料。此外,纳米纤维素的超精细模板结构、表面可修饰性使其成为良好的功能化载体,其模板效应能促进单个纳米颗粒的成核,提高SERS传感器灵敏度。因此,纳米纤维素是制备高性能柔性SERS传感器的优良材料。 Surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) refers to a phenomenon in which the Raman scattering signal of adsorbed molecules is stronger than the ordinary Raman scattering signal on the surface of specially prepared metal nanoparticles or sol in the excitation region. This is due to the enhanced electromagnetic field on or near the surface of the sample. SERS detection technology can quickly, non-destructively, low abundance and fingerprint identification of the molecule to be tested. In particular, the development of flexible SERS substrates has further expanded the practical application space of this technology, which has aroused great interest among scientific researchers in the field of sensors. Nanocellulose has unlimited potential as a flexible SERS sensor substrate with high sensitivity and good reproducibility. Nanocellulose has the characteristics of high specific surface area, high aspect ratio, high crystallinity, high mechanical strength, biodegradability, etc., and can be used to prepare flexible materials such as nano paper, film, and water/aerogel. Besides, the ultra-fine template structure and surface modification of nanocellulose make it a good functionalized carrier.The template effect can increase the detection limit of the sensor.
