Study on the Coordination Development of New Urbanization,Tourism Industry and Ecological Environment of Sichuan Tibetan Areas

摘要新型城镇化、旅游产业与生态环境协调发展是四川藏区实现可持续稳定脱贫与乡村振兴有效衔接的长远之计。构建耦合机理理论框架和评价指标体系,运用耦合协调模型分析四川藏区2009—2018年新型城镇化、旅游产业与生态环境协调发展进程。研究期内四川藏区新型城镇化、旅游产业与生态环境在2009—2012年处于失调阶段,2013—2018年处于协调阶段。总体上看,生态环境优于旅游产业和新型城镇化,但旅游产业发展超过生态承载范围情况偶有发生。旅游产业的发展方向以维护生态安全为根本前提并拓展延伸旅游产业链助推新型城镇化建设。 The coordinated development of new urbanization,tourism industry and ecological environment are the long-term strategies for Sichuan Tibetan area to achieve get rid of poverty sustainably and stably,meanwhile it is an effectively connection to revitalize rural areas.This study constructs a theoretical framework of coupling mechanism and an evaluation index system,and uses a coupling coordination model to analyze the coordinated development process of new urbanization,tourism industry and ecological environment in Sichuan Tibetan areas from 2009 to 2018.During the study period,the new urbanization,tourism industry and ecological environment in the Tibetan areas of Sichuan were in a phase of imbalance from 2009 to 2012,and were in a phase of coordination from 2013 to 2018.On the whole,the ecological environment is superior to the tourism industry and new urbanization,but the development of the tourism industry exceeds the ecological carrying range occasionally.The development direction of the tourism industry is based on the basic premise of maintaining ecological security and the expansion and extension of the tourism industry chain to promote the construction of new urbanization.
