摘要
新型干法水泥生产过程中,游离氧化钙(f-CaO)含量是影响水泥熟料质量的重要指标,其含量高低直接影响水泥熟料的安定性及强度。熟料中游离氧化钙的含量不但与生料配料有很大的关系,而且与生产过程中煤的成分、关键工艺参数的控制有着复杂的关系,而游离氧化钙又缺少实时检测的手段,因此需要用预测的方法来弥补检测仪表的短缺,以便及时指导生产操作。本文分析了几种用于预测游离氧化钙方法的应用,探讨了不同方法的国内外研究现状及其优缺点和局限性。
In the production of new dry process cement,free calcium oxide content is an important indicator that affects the quality of the cement clinker,and its level directly affects the stability and strength of the cement clinker.The content of free calcium oxide in clinker not only has a great relationship with raw meal ingredients,but also has a complicated relationship with the composition of coal and the control of key process parameters in the production process.However,free calcium oxide lacks real-time detection methods,so it is necessary to use predictive methods to make up for the shortage of detection instruments in order to guide production operations in time.This paper analyses the application of several methods used to predict f-CaO and discusses the current status of domestic and international research on different methods and their advantages,disadvantages,and limitations.
