摘要
采用液液萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定地表水中阿特拉津、西玛津和扑灭津的残留量。本实验对前处理过程中的萃取剂、NaCl用量等条件进行优化,阿特拉津、西玛津和扑灭津在10.0~150μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好。该方法3种目标物检出限分别为0.02、0.04、0.04μg·L^(-1);加标回收率在92.0%~104.0%之间;重复性相对标准偏差在5.0%以内。本方法测定结果稳定、可靠,适用于地表水中阿特拉津、西玛津和扑灭津等农药类有机物的分析。
The residues of atrazine,simazine and propazine in surface water were determined by liquid-liquid extraction GC-MS.The results showed that the linear range of atrazine,simazine and propazine was 10.0~150μg·L^(-1).The detection limits of the three target compounds were 0.02,0.04 and 0.04μg·L^(-1) respectively;the recoveries were between 92.0%and 104.0%,and the relative standard deviation of repeatability was within 5.0%.The method is suitable for the determination of atrazine,simazine and propazine in surface water.
