摘要 高硬度模具侧壁精铣加工需要抑制长悬伸刀具的震颤,提高切削刃强度。切削刃形状参数主要包括刀具前角和刃口钝圆半径(或倒棱宽度),通过切削试验分析轴向前角和切削刃钝圆半径对加工表面精度和刀具寿命的影响规律,优化刀具刃口形状,可以获得更优良的加工精度和更长的刀具寿命。 It is necessary to restrain the chatter of the long overhanging tool and improve the strength of the blade in the finish milling of the side wall of high hardness deep cavity die.Tool rake angle and edge blunt circle radius(or chamfering width)are the main cutting edge shape parameters.The influence of axial rake angle and blunt radius of cutting edge on machining surface accuracy and tool life is analyzed through cutting experiments,and the excellent machining accuracy and optimal tool life can be obtained by optimizing cutting edge shape.
