摘要
根据国产高压直流输电(HVDC)用交流电容器的运行情况,对国产电容器的击穿损坏问题进行综合分析。基于电介质的老化理论,分析电容器绝缘老化机理,阐明自由基对绝缘油和聚丙烯薄膜老化的影响,并分析了热和杂质对薄膜老化的危害,提出自由基是电容器绝缘老化的根本原因,抑制或阻止自由基对绝缘油分子的侵害,是解决电容器绝缘老化的关键。通过对老化机理的分析,有效解决电容器内部绝缘老化问题,进一步提高了国产HVDC用交流电容器的运行可靠性。同时对特高压换流站电容器鸟害故障问题进行分析,结合电容器塔设计分析了鸟害发生的原因,提出电容器塔绝缘化处理措施,可有效提升涂层绝缘水平,杜绝电容器塔因鸟害引起短路跳闸事故,提高电力系统装置的运行可靠性,降低电网故障发生率,保障电力系统的安全运行。
Based on the operation of domestic AC capacitors for high voltage direct current(HVDC),the breakdown damage of domestic capacitors is comprehensively analyzed in this paper.Based on the dielectric aging theory,this paper analyzes the aging mechanism of capacitor insulation,illuminates the influence of free radicals on the aging of liquid medium and solid medium,briefly analyzes the hazards of heat and impurities,puts forward that free radicals is the root cause of the capacitor insulation aging.Inhibiting or preventing the damage of free radicals to insulating oil molecules is the key to solving the capacitor insulation aging.By analyzing the aging cause and mechanism,the aging problem of capacitor insulation is solved effectively,and the operation reliability of domestic HVDC AC capacitor is further improved.At the same time,the bird damage fault of UHV converter station capacitor is deeply analyzed,and the reason and mechanism of bird damage are analyzed in combination with the design of capacitor tower.It is suggested that the insulation treatment measures for capacitor tower can effectively improve the insulation level of coating and prevent the short-circuit trip accident caused by birds in capacitor tower.By adopting insulation measures,the insulation ability of AC filter tower capacitor is improved,the operation reliability of power system device is guaranteed,and the goal of reducing power network failure,reducing failure loss and ensuring the safe operation of power system is realized.
