摘要
目的:比较老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症非手术治疗及手术治疗的效果。方法:选择老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者为研究对象,再依据纳入与排除标准进行严格筛选后,共有80例患者符合纳入标准病例组和对照组。采用平行、随机、对照和单盲的研究方法,将入选病例随机分为正常对照组和观察组,分别40例。对照组采取非手术治疗方式,观察组采取手术治疗方式,并将两组治疗后的各项指标进行对比,以明确效果。结果:观察组治疗后JOA评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者实施手术治疗能够使患者机体功能得以提高,改善预后,促进早期康复。
Objective To explore and compare the effects of non-surgical and surgical treatments for elderly degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Method The elderly patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis were selected as the main subjects of this study.After strict screening based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 80 patients met the criteria for inclusion in the case group and control group.Using parallel,randomized,controlled and single-blind research methods,the selected cases were randomly divided into a normal control group and an observation group,with 40 cases respectively.The control group was treated with non-surgical treatment,and the observation group was treated with surgery.The indexes of the two groups after treatment were compared to clarify the effect.Results After treatment,the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment for elderly patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis can improve the patient′s body function,improve the prognosis,and promote early recovery.
