上下游绿色研发模式对比分析及协调机制研究 被引量:19

Comparative analysis and research coordination mechanism of upstream and downstream green R&D models

摘要 传统的绿色供应链主要目的是应对已知和潜在的供应链环保风险,而通过上下游企业的绿色研发,可以创造新的价值,从而实现供应链的可持续发展.为对比分析供应链绿色研发模式对上下游经济效益的影响,基于一个零部件供应商和一个生产商构建博弈模型.基于此博弈模型,对比分析四种绿色研发模式(供应商单独绿色研发模式、生产商单独绿色研发模式、双方同时绿色研发模式和集中决策时绿色研发模式)对单位研发努力程度、单位产品零售价格、需求量和收益影响.研究主要得到:在集中决策时绿色研发模式下,单位绿色研发努力程度最大,双方同时绿色研发模式下单位绿色研发努力程度次之;供应链同时绿色研发时各自收益要大于生产商和零部件供应商单独开展绿色研发时各自的收益,且实现双方的价值创造——即供应商和生产商实现经济效益增加;收益共享-成本分担契约能够实现上下游同时绿色研发的协调,使上下游总收益达到最优.以上研究结论可以为供应链开展绿色研发实现价值创造管理实践和如何制定同时绿色研发合作机制提供依据. To cope with the known and potential supply chain environmental risks,manufacturers need to realize value creation through supply chain cooperation to effectively,deeply and continuously promote green supply chain management.Based on the existing empirical research results,cooperation for green research and development(R&D)across the supply chain has become the most common way for value creation.The game model between a component supplier and a manufacturer is established for analyzing the impact of different supply chain green R&D modes on environmental and economic benefits.Based on this game model,comparative analysis of the impact of the four green R&D modes on the unit R&D efforts,unit product retail price,demand and economic benefits.The results are:In the centralized mode,the unit’s green R&D effort is the largest,and followed by supply chain joint green R&D efforts.The overall benefit of supply chain joint mode is greater than manufacturer and component supplier independent mode.And manufacturers need to encourage component suppliers to participate in the joint green R&D activities.Under certain conditions,revenue-sharing and cost-sharing can make supply chain coordination for joint mode and achieve better benefits.Some insights can be provided for supply chain to implement cooperative green R&D mode for value creation and develop cooperative strategies.
