摘要
通过对1例成年雌性华南虎(Panthera tigris amoyensis)发病后的临床特征、死后剖检、病理组织形态学观察,发现虎体内多种脏器均有不同程度的病变。临床特征表现为,渐进性消瘦、食欲减退至废绝,病程持续一个多月后死亡。尸体剖检可见严重黄染,淋巴结肿大坏死,肝、脾、肾、胰、肺等脏器表面均有灰白色结节。组织病理切片观察发现,淋巴滤泡结构、淋巴结结构被大片形态一致的淋巴细胞样肿瘤细胞取代。同时,在多个器官中均发现了瘤细胞呈浸润性生长,影响周围正常的组织结构,且各脏器中的肿瘤细胞与淋巴结中肿瘤细胞形态一致。最终,诊断为体表、肠系膜淋巴结B细胞恶性淋巴瘤,累及肝脾、肺、肾脏、胰腺等组织,造成机体死亡。
Based upon the observations of the clinical features,postmortem examination,and histopathological morphology of an adult female South China tiger(Panthera tigris amoyensis),many organs of the tiger presented varying degrees of pathological changes.The clinical features showed a progressive weight loss and loss of appetite to abolition.Moreover,the course of the disease lasted more than a month before death.After death,a necropsy was performed to observe the pathological changes of various organs,which were mainly manifested as severe yellow staining of the body,enlarged and necrotic lymph nodes,and gray-white nodules on the surface of the liver,spleen,kidney,pancreas,lung,and other organs.The histopathological sections were made,and under the microscope it was found that in the lymph node section,the lymphoid follicular structure was observed,and the lymph node structure was replaced by many lymphoid tumor cells with consistent morphology.In addition to that,tumor cells were found to grow to infiltrate multiple organs,affecting the surrounding normal tissue structure,and the tumor cells in each organ have the same shape as those in the lymph nodes.In the end,B-cell malignant lymphoma of the body surface and mesenteric lymph nodes was diagnosed,which involved liver and spleen,lung,kidney,pancreas,and other tissues,causing death.
