摘要
本文主要探究了车企焊装车间数字化转型,阐述了C2B模式对传统焊装车间的冲击,并从工艺流程、工艺规划与开发、虚拟仿真与调试、工艺变更与管理等方面讨论智能车间数字化建设方案,确定了一套适合C2B模式的数字化管理体系。
This paper discusses about the digital transformation of body-shop.This paper expounds the problems to the traditional shops that caused by C2B mode,and introduces solutions from process fl ow,process planning and development,virtual simulate and virtual commissioning,process change and management.This paper also confirms a digital system to manage the process of body shop based on C2B mode.
