摘要
目的:研究尼可地尔及依那普利叶酸片对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者急诊经皮冠脉介入(PCI)术后左室重构及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的影响。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年1月在抚顺市第二医院诊治的STEMI患者134例作为观察对象。按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组67例。对照组予以依那普利叶酸片,观察组在对照组的用药基础上增加尼可地尔。比较两组治疗前、治疗2个月后左室重构相关指标和Hcy、NT-proBNP水平,以及不良事件的发生情况。结果:治疗2个月后,两组LVEDd、LVED-VI及Hcy、NT-proBNP水平较治疗前均明显降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,两组LVEF较治疗前均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为2.99%,低于对照组的13.43%(P<0.05)。结论:尼可地尔及依那普利叶酸片对STEMI患者急诊PCI术后左室重构的改善效果较好,还可降低Hcy及NT-proBNP水平,安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective:To study the influence of Nicorandil and Enalapril Folic Acid Tablets on left ventricular remodeling and homocysteine(Hcy),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic(NT-proBNP)after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)patients.Method:From March 2020 to January 2021,a total of 134 STEMI patients form the Second Hospital of Fushun City were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,67 cases in each group.The control group was given Enalapril Folic Acid Tablets,the observation group was added Nicorandil based on the control group.The left ventricular remodeling,Hcy and NT-proBNP levels between two groups before treatment and after 2 months treatment,and the occurrence of adverse events were compared.Result:After 2 months of treatment,the LVEDd,LVED-VI,Hcy and NT-proBNP were significantly lower compared with those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after 2 months of treatment,the LVEF were significantly higher compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.99%,which was lower than 13.43%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nicodil and Enalapril Folic Acid Tablets have better effect on left ventricular remodeling after emergency PCI in STEMI patients,which can reduce Hcy and NT-proBNP levels,with high security,it’s worth of promoting.
