摘要
近10年来随着高速铁路大规模建设,桥隧结构物大量投入运营,为确保及时识别铁路运输安全风险,客观把握桥隧结构性能演变规律,合理指导桥隧精准养修。开展铁路桥隧检测监测体系规划研究,总结我国铁路运营特点、桥隧规模、状态发展规律,梳理我国铁路桥隧检测监测制度现状及存在的问题,构建铁路检测监测制度体系框架,提出基于全生命周期理念的铁路桥隧检测监测制度,针对常规跨度桥梁、特殊结构桥梁、隧道分别提出相应的检测监测技术体系。
A large number of bridge and tunnel structures has been put into operation as the high speed railway network massively expands in the past ten years.Objectively grasping the aging law of properties of bridge and tunnel structures will ensure the timely identification of the risks to railway traffic safety and provide proper guidance for accurate maintenance of bridges and tunnels.The research on the planning of railway bridge and tunnel inspection and monitoring system is carried out.This paper summarizes the railway operation characteristics,bridge and tunnel scale and status development law in China,sorts out the current situation and existing problems of domestic railway bridge and tunnel inspection and monitoring system,builds a framework of railway inspection and monitoring system,proposes a railway bridge and tunnel inspection and monitoring system based on the concept of full life cycle,and presents corresponding monitoring technology for conventional span bridges,special structures bridges and tunnels.
