摘要
为探讨不同添加量山楂提取物(CF)对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能、抗氧化能力和肠道微生物的影响,试验选择体重为(8.85±0.73)kg左右、健康状况良好的28日龄“杜×长×大”断奶仔猪30头,按体重相近的原则随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头仔猪。对照组(CON组)饲喂基础日粮,抗生素组(CTC组)是在基础日粮中添加75 mg/kg金霉素,3个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加300、600、1200 mg/kg山楂提取物(CF1组、CF2组、CF3组),试验期28 d。结果表明:(1)与CON组相比,CF2组和CF3组断奶仔猪的末重(FBW)极显著提高(P<0.01),平均日增重(ADG)和采食量(ADFI)显著提高(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)和腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05)。与CTC组相比,CF2组和CF3组断奶仔猪的FBW、ADG和ADFI显著提高(P<0.05)。(2)与CON组相比,CF2组和CF3组血清中IgA含量显著提高(P<0.05),CF2组和CF3组之间的血清IgA差异不显著(P>0.05)。CF2组的血清IgM含量显著高于其余四组(P<0.05)。(3)CF2组和CF3组血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)含量均显著高于CON组、CTC组和CF1组(P<0.05),CF2组和CF3组之间血清T-SOD含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。CF2组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)显著高于其余四组(P<0.05)。与CON组相比,CF2组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),其余各组血清MDA含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。(4)CF2组和CF3组结肠乳酸杆菌数量均显著高于CON组、CTC组和CF1组(P<0.05),CTC组、CF2组和CF3组结肠大肠杆菌数量显著低于CON组和CF1组(P<0.05),但CTC组、CF2组和CF3组之间结肠大肠杆菌数量差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,CF2组即日粮添加600 mg/kg山楂提取物可提升断奶仔猪生长性能,降低腹泻率,改善免疫功能,提高抗氧化能力,改善肠道微生物菌群。
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of different levels of crataegi fructus extract(CF)on growth performance,immune function,antioxidant capacity and intestinal microflora in weaned piglets.Thirty healthy crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)piglets[(8.85±0.73)kg]were assessed at weaning(28 days)for initial body weight(BW)and randomly allotted to 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 piglet per replicate.The dietary treatments of these 5 groups were as follows:The control group(CON group)was fed a basic diet.The antibiotic group(CTC group)was fed a basic diet supplemented with 75 mg/kg chlortetracycline.The three test groups respectively supplemented with 300,600,1200 mg/kg of CF into the basic diet(CF1 group,CF2 group and CF3 group).The piglets were restrictively housed and fed individually.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The experimental results showed that:(1)Compared with the CON group,the final BW,average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)of weaned piglets in CF2 and CF3 groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the feed-to-grain ratio and diarrhea rate of CF2 and CF3 groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the CTC group,the final BW,ADG,ADFI of weaned piglets in CF2 and CF3 groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the CON group,the concentrations of serum IgA in CF2 and CF3 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),there was no significant effect on the concentrations of serum IgA between the CF2 and the CF3 groups(P>0.05).The concentrations of serum IgM in CF2 group was significantly higher than that in the other four groups(P<0.05).(3)The concentrations of serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)in the CF2 and CF3 groups was significantly higher than that in the CON,CTC and CF1 groups(P<0.05),there was no significant effect on the concentrations of serum T-SOD between the CF2 group and the CF3 group(P>0.05).The concentrations of serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the CF2 group was significantly higher than that in the other four groups(P<0.05).Compared with the CON group,the concentrations of serum malondialdehyde(MDA)in the CF2 group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the concentrations of serum MDA content in other groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).(4)The counts of colonic Lactobacillus in the CF2 and CF3 groups was significantly higher than that in the CON,CTC and CF1 groups(P<0.05).The counts of colonic Escherichia coli in the CTC,CF2 and CF3 groups was significantly lower than that in the CON and CF1 groups(P<0.05),but there was no significantly effect on the counts of colonic Escherichia coli between the CTC,CF2 and CF3 groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,the supplementation of 600 mg/kg CF in the diet could improve the growth performance,reduce the rate of diarrhea,promote immunity and antioxidant capacity,as well as improve the intestinal microflora of weaned piglets.
