The Demands Survey and Association Mining of Scientific Data Sharing

摘要【目的/意义】本研究旨在调查与挖掘数据使用者(简称用户)视角下的科学数据共享需求(简称需求),为数据提供者、数据管理平台及相关机构挖掘并最大限度地满足用户需求提供依据,也为后续研究者提供借鉴与参考。【方法/过程】通过问卷调查收集一手数据,采用形式概念分析(FCA)的方法构建需求概念格,并提取相应的关联规则,进而揭示不同需求之间的关联。【结果/结论】数据内容质量、数据获取效率以及平台的安全性是用户的焦点需求;性别与学科背景是造成需求差异的主要因素。【创新/局限】运用FCA的理论与工具挖掘用户需求,扩展其应用领域。样本主要来自于管理学领域,研究结果可能不足以覆盖用户需求的全貌。【Purpose/significance】This paper aims to investigate and mine the scientific data sharing demands(abbreviated as demands)from the perspective of data users(abbreviated as users),provide foundations for data suppliers,data management platforms and related institutions to mine and meet user’s demands to the maximum extent,and provide experiences and references for later researchers.【Method/process】This paper revealed the association between different demands by collecting first-hand data through questionnaires,developing requirement concept lattice through formal concept analysis(FCA)and extracting related association rules.【Result/conclusion】The user’s focal demands lie in the data quality,acquisition efficiency and platform security;the gender and subject background can best explain the differences between demands.【Innovation/limitation】This paper mines user’s demands with FCA theory and tools to expand the application field,but the sample mainly comes from management,therefore the results may not be adequate enough to show the panaroma of user’s demands.
