摘要
目的:探讨转变体位干预对新生儿肺炎患儿血氧及呼吸功能的影响。方法:选取2019年6月~2020年6月新生儿肺炎患儿76例,根据随机数字表将患儿分为观察组(n=38)及对照组(n=38),对照组行呼吸道常规护理,观察组实施转变体位干预,比较两组患儿治疗效果、干预前后血氧饱和度及呼吸功能。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而呼吸困难缓解时间、无创通气时间、心率恢复正常时间、总住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、氧分压(PaO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后呼吸频率、每公斤体重潮气量、达峰时间比、达峰容积比较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:转变体位干预能有效改善肺炎患儿血氧及呼吸功能,改善患儿预后,促进肺炎患儿康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of posture intervention on blood oxygenation and respiratory function in neonates with pneumonia.Method 76 cases of infants with neonatal pneumonia were selected from June 2019 to June 2020.The children were divided into observation group(n=38)and control group(n=38)according to a random number table.The control groups were applicared with routine nursing care of the respiratory tract.The observation groups were applicated with posture intervention.The treatment effect,blood oxygen saturation and respiratory function before and after intervention of two groups were cmpared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05),while the dyspnea relief time,noninvasive ventilation time,heart rate recovery time,and total hospital stay time of observation group were shorter than control group(P<0.05).The blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),Oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2))and carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO_(2))of observation group were significantly improved than control group after intervention(P<0.05).The respiratory rate,tidal volume per kg of body weight,peak time ratio,peak volume of observation group were improved than control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of changing posture can effectively improve the blood oxygen and respiratory function of children with pneumonia,improve the prognosis of children,and promote the rehabilitation of children with pneumonia.
