正交异性钢桥面板横隔板局部模型疲劳试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 正交异性钢桥面板U型加劲肋与横隔板连接处是该类结构较为重要的疲劳易损部位之一。以横隔板弧形切口最小截面处的疲劳细节为研究对象,针对性地提出一种简化的横隔板局部试验模型,通过数值模拟与桥面系足尺模型进行对比,验证了试验模型的合理性。采用该试验模型对3种常用横隔板孔型进行疲劳试验,分析了该试验模型的疲劳破坏模式以及细节处的疲劳性能,最后得到S-N曲线并与各国规范进行比较。结果表明,不同孔型条件下疲劳裂纹容易在弧形切口最小截面处发生。Eourcode3推荐的铁路孔型和传统椭圆孔在弧形切口最小截面处的疲劳性能十分接近,均优于Eourcode3推荐的公路孔型,并且三种孔型的疲劳细节均高于我国钢桥规范和Eourcode3的71类细节等级。综合建议采用Eourcode3推荐的铁路孔型,在考虑保证率为97.7%的前提下,该细节的循环200万次的疲劳强度可取135 MPa。 The rib-to-diaphragm connection is one of the most important fatigue details in steel orthotropic bridge decks.A simplified local diaphragm test model was presented to research the fatigue performance of the critical section of the arc-shape cutout.The rationality of the test model was verified by comparing with a fullscale bridge decking model by numerical simulation.The test model was used to perform fatigue tests on three commonly used diaphragm hole types,and the fatigue failure mode and the fatigue performance of the details were analyzed.Finally,the S-N curves were obtained and compared with national standards.The results show that fatigue cracks are likely to occur at the smallest section of the arc-shaped cut under different types of the arc-shape cutout.The shape of the railway bridge recommended by Eourcode3 and the traditional elliptical shape have similar fatigue performance at the minimum section of the arc-shape cutouts,and both of them perform better than the shape of the highway bridge recommended by Eourcode3.And the fatigue details of the three types are higher than the Chinese steel bridge code and 71 types of detail levels of Eourcode3.The comprehensive recommendation is to use the arc-shape cutout of railway bridge recommended by Eourcode3Considering the guarantee rate of 97.7%,the fatigue strength of this detail for 2 million cycles can be 135 MPa.
