摘要
为了实现尾矿高效、清洁利用,提高矿石综合回收率,针对辽宁某低品位外排铁尾矿在矿石性质研究的基础上,采用磨矿以及磁选试验开展研究。研究结果表明:采用中磁—强磁—磨矿—中磁—强磁工艺,可得到全铁品位63.37%的精矿,全铁品位38.74%的中矿,全铁品位5.88%的综合尾矿;通过对中矿浮选,经1粗1精3扫流程,最终可获得产率12.73%、全铁品位59.05%的综合精矿。该工艺可显著提高铁尾矿这种二次资源地回收利用率。
In order to achieve high-efficiency and clean utilization of tailings,increase the compre⁃hensive recovery rate of ore,grinding and magnetic separation methods are employed for the research of a low-grade discharged iron tailings in Liaoning based on the property of the ore.The results show that:adopting the medium magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-grinding-medium magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation process,concentrate with a total iron grade of 63.37%,mid⁃dling with a total iron grade of 38.74%,and integrated tailings with a total iron grade of 5.88%can be ob⁃tained,after the flotation process of one roughing,one cleaning three scaveng for the middling,a compre⁃hensive concentrate with a yield of 12.73%and a total iron grade of 59.05%can be obtained.This process can significantly improve the recycling degree of iron tailings which is a sort of secondary resources.
