摘要
目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的有效性分析。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年7月收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患者58例,随机分成两组,对照组患者采取阿奇霉素进行对症治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合玉屏风颗粒进行治疗,对比两组患者临床症状消退时间以及治疗前后血清免疫指标。结果:研究组临床症状消退时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05),研究组IgA、IgG、IgM明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒治疗老年人支原体肺炎效果显著,经过玉屏风颗粒治疗后,患者的临床症状消失时间明显减少,治疗前后体液免疫指标也明显降低,其应用效果明显,可在临床应用推广。
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of Yupingfeng granules(玉屏风颗粒)in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods:58 patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group patients received azithromycin for symptomatic treatment,the study group received Yupingfeng granules on the basis of the treatment of the control group,the clinical symptoms subsided time and serum immune indexes before and after treatment of two groups of patients were compared.Results:The regression time of clinical symptoms in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and IgA,IgG and IgM in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng granule has a significant effect in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in the elderly.After the treatment of Yupingfeng granule,the time for the disappearance of clinical symptoms is significantly reduced,and humoral immune indexes are also significantly reduced after the treatment.Its application effect is obvious,and it can be widely applied in clinical practice.
