摘要
本试验以菊花、丁香、连翘、金银花混合物为试验材料,通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定了黄铜提取的最佳条件为,水溶液,1:16的料液比,70℃浸40min,在此条件下提取4次,其黄酮含量为10.85mg/g。
Taking the mixture of chrysanthemum, clove, Forsythia suspensa and honeysuckle as experimental materials,through single factor test and orthogonal test, the optimum extraction conditions of brass were determined as follows:aqueous solution, solid-liquid ratio of 1:16, soaking at 70 ℃ for 40 min, and extracting for 4 times under these conditions. The content of flavonoids was 10.85 mg/g.
