摘要
城市景观河道的治理,除要进行水质提升外,还需要具备生态性和景观性。根据截污-活水-生态-景观的理念,综合采用控源截污、旁路人工湿地活水、原位反应器生态修复等对雁荡河南段进行治理和景观提升。雁荡河南段属于雁荡河水利风景区的核心组成部分,项目实施后,削减了污染负荷,水质达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)的V类,并营造自然景观,赋予了其历史文化的内涵。雁荡河南段水环境治理工程投资485.00万元,年运行费用约19.80万元。
The treatment of urban landscape river not only needs to improve the water quality,but also needs to be ecological and landscape.According to the concept of sewage interception-living water-Ecology-landscape,the source control and pollution interception,bypass constructed wetland live water and in situ reactor ecological restoration were used to improve the landscape of Yandang River.Yandang Henan section is the core part of Yandang River Water Conservancy Scenic spot.After the implementation of the project,the pollution load has been reducing,the main water quality indicators have been reaching the criteria of level IV in Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002),and the natural landscape has been created,which has given its historical and cultural connotation.The investment of water environment treatment project in Yandang Henan section was 4.85 million yuan,and the annual operation cost was about 198000 yuan.
