摘要
采用植物还原法制备纳米银,改性制得具有抗生物污染性能的复合膜。试验结果表明:艾叶制备的纳米银含量较高,在乙醇有机溶剂中不完全聚沉,TEM表征结果显示其颗粒分散性较好,粒径在0.8~16 nm,平均粒径为4.97 nm。改性后的复合膜孔隙结构发生改变,分离层溶洞空间缩小,骨状蜂窝型筛分结构增加;平均孔径进一步缩小至12.082 nm,比表面积和孔容分别增大了120.74%,23.10%。
In this paper,the anti-biological composite membrane was prepared by modification with plant-reduced nano silver.The results show that the nano silver prepared by artemisia argyi had a high content and was not completely precipitated in ethanol organic solvent.The TEM characterization results showed that the particles had good dispersion.The particle size was between 0.8~16 nm,and the average particle size was 4.97 nm.The pore structure of the modified composite membrane was changed because of the decreasing of separation cavity space and the increasing of honeycomb screening structure.The average pore size reduced to 12.082 nm.The specific surface area and pore volume increased by 120.74%and 23.10%respectively.
