摘要
目的运用数据挖掘技术对针灸治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的选穴规律进行分析。方法检索中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(万方数据)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、Pub Med、Cochrane Library、Web of Science建库至2020年10月针灸治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的临床研究文献,建立针灸处方数据库,采用SPSS22.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行统计分析,探究腧穴选用规律。结果共纳入123篇文献,涉及123个针灸处方、75个腧穴,腧穴使用总频次710次。关元、中极使用频次最高,最常用的腧穴组合为关元-中极,相关性较高的组穴为八髎。结论针灸治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱以局部取穴为主,配合远近结合取穴和俞募配穴。
Objective To analyze the acupoint selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion for neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury based on data mining technology.Methods Clinical literature about acupuncture and moxibustion for neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury was retrieved from SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,PubMed,Cochrane Library and Web of Science.The retrieval time was from establishment to October,2020.Acupuncture and moxibustion prescription database was established,and the acupoint selection rules were explored by SPSS 22.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0.Results A total of 123 articles were included into this analysis,involving 123 acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions,and 75 acupoints.The total frequency of used acupoints reached 710 times.Guanyuan(CV 4)and Zhongji(CV 3)were the most frequently used acupoints;the most frequently used group was Guanyuan(CV 4)-Zhongji(CV 3).The group point with high correlation was Baliao(BL 31-BL 34).Conclusion Treating neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury with acupuncture and moxibustion is mainly based on local acupoint selection,combined with distant and near acupoint selection and Shu-mu acupoint matching.
