新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下某三甲传染病定点医院医务人员职业生命质量现状调查 被引量:4

Investigation on status quo of quality of work life of medical staff at a designated Grade Ⅲ Class A hospital for infectious diseases amid coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic

摘要 目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下某三甲传染病定点医院医务人员职业生命质量(QWL)的现状。方法采用基本情况调查问卷、职业生命质量量表(QWL7-32)对某三甲传染病定点医院的293名医务人员进行调查,分析医务人员的QWL现状及不同特征医务人员的QWL差异。结果医务人员QWL7-32量表总分为(93.85±11.18)分;7个维度中职业自豪感均分最高[(3.43±0.89)分],工作主动性均分最低[(2.36±0.71)分]。不同性别、学历、职务、工种、科室、工作年限、夜班频率的医务人员QWL7-32量表得分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),其中男性得分低于女性,本科学历者得分低于大专学历者,普通职工得分低于护士长,医生得分低于护士,ICU、呼吸科医务人员的得分低于门诊/急诊科的医务人员,工作年限6-<11年者得分低于工作年限≥21年者,高频率(≥2次/周)夜班者得分低于偶尔参与或不参与夜班者(均P<0.05)。结论 COVID-19疫情下,某三甲传染病定点医院医务人员QWL得分处于较低水平,不同性别、学历、职务、工种、科室、工作年限和夜班频率的医务人员QWL存在差异,需采取干预措施降低其职业应激水平,以促进医务人员身心健康。 Objective To investigate the status quo of quality of work life(QWL) of medical staff at a designated Grade Ⅲ Class A hospital for infectious diseases amid coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) pandemic. Methods A survey was conducted among 293 medical staff at a designated Grade Ⅲ Class A hospital for infectious diseases using the basic information questionnaire and the Quality of Work Life Scale(QWL7-32) to analyze the current status of medical staff′s QWL as well as the differences in QWL between medical staff with different features. Results Medical staff′s total score on QWL7-32 scale was 93.85±11.18;among the seven dimensions, the sense of professional pride scored the highest(3.43±0.89), and work initiative scored the lowest(2.36±0.71). There were statistically significant differences in the QWL7-32 scale scores between male and female medical staff, or between medical staff with different educational levels, with different professional positions, with different occupations, at different departments, with different working years, or with different night shift frequencies(all P<0.05), wherein male scores were lower than female scores, medical staff with bachelor degree had lower scores than those with junior college degree, general staff yielded lower scores than head nurses, doctors obtained lower scores than nurses, medical staff at ICU/department of respiratory medicine possessed lower scores than those at outpatient/emergency department, medical staff with working years of between 6 to 11 years exhibited lower scores than those with working years of not less than 21 years, and medical staff on night shift most frequently(not less than twice every week) harbored lower scores than those on night shift occasionally or not on night shift(all P<0.05). Conclusion During COVID-19 pandemic, medical staff at a designated Grade Ⅲ Class A hospital for infectious diseases have a lower level of QWL score, and there are differences in the QWL between male and female medical staff, or between medical staff with different educational levels, with different professional positions, with different occupations, at different departments, with different working years, or with different night shift frequencies. It is necessary to take intervention measures to reduce medical staff′s occupational stress level so as to promote their physical and mental health.
