摘要
针对铁路运输企业的旅客列车开行效益分析需求,梳理旅客列车开行效益指标,设计列车换算客座率、换算盈亏平衡点评价指标和评价模型,建立旅客列车开行效益评价体系,开发铁路旅客列车开行效益评价系统并在中国铁路济南局集团有限公司上线运行。运行情况表明,该系统可动态、直观、快速、精准地评价列车开行效益,为旅客列车开行方案优化提供科学决策依据。
According to the demand of benefit analysis of passenger train operation in railway transportation enterprises, this paper comprehensively combed the benefit indexes of passenger train operation, designed the evaluation indicators of train conversion seating rate and conversion breakeven point, and established the benefit evaluation system of passenger train operation, developed the railway passenger train operation benefit evaluation system and put it into operation in China Railway Jinan Group Co. Ltd.. The operation showed that the system can dynamically, intuitively, quickly and accurately evaluate the train operation benefits, and provided scientific decisionmaking basis for the optimization of passenger train operation scheme.
