摘要
控制矿井火灾发展和蔓延的有效手段之一是隔离火灾区域,达到切断次生事故的反应链,减小火灾波及区域。由于目前常用的矿井火灾密闭隔离方法难以实时监测密闭环境以及预报,自主研发设计矿井火灾应急隔离系统并在斜沟煤矿23114工作面进行现场试验。结果证明,此系统能够实时采集火灾区域的各参数并发出警报以及远程控制密闭隔离装置等,在5 min内囊袋可结束充气,充气完成之后囊袋内部压力几乎保持不变,达到现场使用条件。
One of the effective means to control the development and spread of mine fire is to isolate the fire area,so as to cut off the reaction chain of secondary accidents and reduce the fire affected area.Because it is difficulty of real-time monitoring and prediction of closed environment forecast the commonly used mine fire closed isolation methods,the mine fire emergency isolation system was independently developed and designed,and the field test was carried out in 23114 working face of Xiegou Coal Mine.The results show that the system can collect the parameters of the fire area in real time and send out an alarm and remotely control the closed isolation device.The bag can be inflated within 5 minutes.After inflation,the internal pressure of the bag remains almost unchanged,reached the field service conditions.
