摘要
目的探究在内分泌科护理工作中实施创优管理模式的效果。方法选择在2019年12月—2021年6月该院内分泌科护理中实施创优管理模式,截取2019年1—6月的护理工作情况,对比实施前后内分泌科护理情况,评价创优管理模式实施效果。结果实施后患者对护理人员文明行医情况、护理工作情况评价明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后所有护理人员素质有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创优管理模式介入内分泌科护理管理中效果显著,值得推广运用。
Objective Objective To explore the effect of excellence management mode in endocrinology nursing.Methods From December 2019 to June 2021,the excellence management mode was implemented in the endocrinology department of the hospital.The nursing work from January to June was selected to compare the nursing situation of the endocrinology department before and after the implementation,to evaluate the effect of the excellence management mode.Results After the implementation,the patients'evaluation of the nursing staff's civilized medical practice and nursing work was significantly higher than before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the quality of all nursing staff has been significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The excellent management model has a significant effect in the nursing management of the endocrinology department,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
