摘要
目的分析超声科侵入性操作中实施医院感染管理的效果。方法以2020年7月—2021年7月为研究时间,选取此时间段内于该院超声医学科进行侵入性操作的100例患者进行调查,按照随机抽样分组法将其分为两组,各50例。使用常规管理的患者归为参照组,使用医院感染管理的患者归为研究组。分析两组管理效果。结果在对超声科行侵入性操作患者进行管理后,研究组患者的医院感染防控知识了解情况、细菌菌落总数、管理满意度均优于参照组,且医院感染发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对超声科行侵入性操作患者进行管理时,使用医院感染管理能够提升医护人员医院感染防控知识了解情况,减少细菌菌落总数,提高管理满意度,降低医院感染发生率,建议使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing nosocomial infection management in the invasive operation of the ultrasound department.Methods From July 2020 to July 2021 as the study time,100 patients who underwent invasive procedures in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine of the hospital during this time period were selected for investigation,and they were divided into two different groups according to the random sampling method,50 cases each.Patients who used routine management were classified as the reference group,and patients who used hospital infection management were classified as the study group.Analyzed the management effects of the two groups.Results After the management of patients undergoing invasive operations in the ultrasound department,the study group's knowledge of nosocomial infection prevention and control,the total number of bacterial colonies,and management satisfaction were better than those of the reference group,and the incidence of nosocomial infection was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of patients undergoing invasive operations in the ultrasound department,the use of nosocomial infection management can improve the knowledge of nosocomial infection prevention and control among medical staff,reduce the total number of bacterial colonies,improve patient management satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.It is recommended.
