摘要
【目的/意义】灾后人道主义物流是应急管理的重要组成部分,对保护人民群众生命财产安全和维护社会稳定具有重大意义,已成为国内外研究的热点和难点问题之一。【设计/方法】首先基于资源调配、现场分诊救治、医院综合治疗等运营管理任务的视角,对灾后人道主义物流相关文献进行回顾和梳理。然后将问题的求解方法总结为精确方法、启发式方法、强化学习方法以及混合方法并分别展开综述。【结论/发现】明确了灾后人道主义物流中的运营管理问题以及优化求解方法,并从问题和方法角度拓展了未来的研究思路。
[Purpose/Significance] Post-disaster humanitarian logistics is an important part of emergency management,which is of great significance to protect people’s life and property safety and maintain social stability,and has become one of the hot and difficult issues in domestic and foreign research.[Design/Methodology] Firstly,based on the perspective of operation management tasks such as resource dispatching,on-site triage rescue and hospital comprehensive treatment,the literature related to post-disaster humanitarian logistics is reviewed.Then,the methods of solving these problems are deacribed as exact methods,heuristic methods,reinforcement learning methods and mixed methods and summarized separately.[Conclusions/Findings] The operation management problems and optimized solutions in post-disaster humanitarian logistics are clarified,and future research ideas are expanded from the perspectives of problems and methods.
