摘要
在世界经济格局正发生深刻变化的时刻,中国提出构建新发展格局,既是中国的一件大事,也是世界的一件大事。对此该如何理解?这里选择用马克思经济循环理论加以解释。马克思经济循环理论建立在唯物史观的基础上,包含了一个重要的分析范式。西方经济学分析经济现象以独立的个体为出发点,突出个体选择的重要性。马克思经济学以"关系"或"经济关系"为出发点,从"关系"的角度看待经济现象。从这样分析视角去分析经济循环,不仅可以发现生产—分配—交换—消费这一经济循环的内在实现机制,也可以用来解释当代世界经济循环变化的逻辑。用马克思经济循环理论还可以指导新发展格局的构建。
China's proposal of creating a new development dynamic at the time when the worlds economic structure is undergoing significant changes is not only a major event for China,hut also a major event for the world.How should we understand this?Marx's theory of economic cycle is used here to explain it.Based on historical materialism,Marx's theory of economic cycle contains an important analysis paradigm.Western economics analyzes economic phenomena by taking independent individuals as the starting point,and it highlights the importance of individual choice.Marxist economics takes“relationship”or“economic relationship”as its starting point,and looks at economic phenomena from the perspective of“relationship”.By analyzing the economic cycle from such an analytical perspective,we can not only discover the internal realization mechanism of the economic cycle of production-distribution-exchange-consumption,but also could explain the logic of changes in contemporary world economic cycle.The use of Marx's economic cycle theory can also guide the creation of a new development dynamic.
