摘要
探析和总结姜建国教授临床中治疗心系疾病的药对规律和学术经验,姜老善于运用中医学理论,结合中药特性,化繁为简,药对精炼。在心系疾病的辨证施治中,总结出了桂枝配生姜、薤白配瓜蒌、黄连配肉桂、柴胡配郁金、丹参配红花、合欢花配酸枣仁等经典药对,在临床应用中取得了显著疗效,其用药思路和配伍经验值得学者进一步研析和推广。
Professor Jiang Jianguo’s couplet medicines rules and academic experience in the treatment of heart diseases was analyzed and summarized.Professor Jiang is good at using the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combining with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,to simplify and refine the couplet medicines.In the syndrome differentiation and treatment of heart diseases,the classic couplet medicines such as Guizhi with Shengjiang,Xiebai with Gualou,Huanglian with Rougui,Chaihu with Yujin,Danshen with Honghua,Hehuanhua with Suanzaoren seed were summarized.He has achieved remarkable curative effect in clinical application.His medication ideas and compatibility experience are worthy of further study and promotion.
