摘要
通过在主链和侧链同时引入氨基基团,在侧链引入疏水基团和超支化结构,研发了一种超高性能减水剂PCE1。探讨了合成工艺参数对减水剂分散性的影响,并将PCE1与市售国内外聚羧酸减水剂(PCE2、PCE3)的减水率以及相同条件下制备的UHPC的黏度和强度等性能进行了对比。结果表明,PCE1的最佳合成工艺条件为:n(超支化单体P)∶n(直链单体M-2070)=1∶3,聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)浓度为40%,缩聚反应温度为65℃,反应时间为7 h;减水剂掺量为3.2%时,PCE1的减水率高达45%、所配制UHPC的28 d抗压强度达152.8 MPa,黏度较掺PCE2、PCE3的分别降低了50.4%、47.5%,综合性能优于市售PCE2、PCE3。
In this paper,an ultra-high performance water reducer PCE1 was designed and developed by introducing amino groups into the main chain and side chain at the same time,and introducing hydrophobic groups and hyperbranched structures into the side chain. The effect of synthetic process parameters on the dispersion properties of the water-reducing agent was investigated,and the water reducing rate of ultra-high performance water reducer with ordinary polycarboxylic acid water reducers(PCE2、PCE3) commercially available at home and abroad and the viscosity and strength of the prepared UHPC prepared under the same conditions were compared. The results showed that the optimal synthesis conditions are:the polycondensation reaction temperature is65 ℃,the reaction time is 7 h,n(hypersupported monomer P)∶n(direct-chain monomer M-2070) is 1∶3,Polysuccininimide(PSI) concentration is 40%. When the dosage of water reducer is 3.2%,the water reducing rate of PCE1 is up to 45% and the 28 d compressive strength of the prepared UHPC reaches 152.8 MPa. The viscosity is 50.4% and 47.5% lower than that of PCE2 and PCE3,respectively,and the comprehensive performance is better than that of commercially available PCE2 and PCE3.
