摘要
目的:研究分析在急救仪器管理中运用PDCA循环管理方式的效果。方法:本院自2019年5月开始对科室内30台急救仪器实施PDCA循环改进,将实施前30台急救仪器设备管理效果和实施后30台急救仪器设备管理效果进行对比,将实施前后仪器设备完好率、仪器放置规范率、使用记录完整率、仪器准备时间、环境整理时间和仪器维护保养时间使用统计学软件进行处理和分析。结果:比较发现,改进后的仪器设备完好率、仪器放置规范率和使用记录完整率高于改进前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改进后仪器准备时间及环境准备时间小于改进前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改进前后仪器维护保养时间没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在急救仪器管理中运用PDCA循环的模式,能够有效提高仪器的使用规范,保证仪器设备的完整性,在对患者进行急救的时候能够快速进行使用,提高了急救工作的效率。
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of PDCA cycle management in the management of emergency equipment.Methods:Since May 2019,our hospital has implemented PDCA cycle improvement on 30 emergency equipment in the department.The management effect of the first 30 emergency equipment and the management effect of the 30 emergency equipment after the implementation are compared,and the equipment before and after the implementation will be compared.Integrity rate,instrument placement standard rate,use record integrity rate,instrument preparation time,environmental cleaning time and instrument maintenance time are processed and analyzed by statistical software.Results:The comparison found that the improved instrument and equipment integrity rate,instrument placement specification rate,and use record integrity rate were higher than those before the improvement,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the instrument preparation time and environmental preparation time after the improvement were less than those before the improvement,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the maintenance time before and after improvement was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of PDCA cycle mode in the management of emergency equipment can effectively improve the use of equipment and ensure the integrity of equipment.It can be used quickly when emergency medical treatment is performed on patients,which improves the efficiency of emergency work.
