摘要
目的:比较精索静脉曲张的显微镜和腹腔镜治疗的疗效。方法:本次研究共80例精索静脉曲张患者参与,患者在2018年9月~2020年7月进行手术治疗,单双号分组,对照组使用腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组使用显微镜手术治疗,对比两组手术指标和并发症、复发率。结果:观察组手术时间长,住院时间较低,分别是(47.76±1.43)min、(2.01±0.35)d,组间差异显著(t=43.6315,22.1937,P<0.05),两组手术出血量无统计学差异(t=1.5824,P>0.05)。观察组手术并发症和复发率均低于对照组,分别是2.5%(1例)、5%(2例),组间差异显著(χ^(2)=5.0000,4.1143,P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗满意度为95%(38例),对照组患者的治疗满意度是77.5%(31例),观察组较高,组间差异显著(χ^(2)=6.9337,P<0.05)。结论:显微镜手术治疗精索静脉曲张恢复更快,术后并发症少,复发率低,并且获得患者满意度较高。
Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of microscope and laparoscopy on varicocele.Methods:A total of 80 patients with varicocele were enrolled in this study,and the patients underwent surgical treatment from September 2018 to July 2020.The patients were divided into odor-even groups.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,while the observation group was treated with microscopic surgery.Results:The observation group had a long operation time and a relatively low hospital stay,which were(47.76±1.43)min and(2.01±0.35)days,respectively.There were significant differences between the groups,t=43.6315,22.1937,P<0.05,there was no statistical difference in the amount of surgical bleeding between the two groups,t=1.5824,P>0.05.The surgical complications and recurrence rates of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,which were 2.5%(1 case)and 5%(2 cases),respectively.There were significant differences between the groups,χ^(2)=5.0000,4.1143,P<0.05.The treatment satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95%(38 cases),and the treatment satisfaction of patients in the control group was 77.5%(31 cases),which was higher in the observation group,with significant differences between the groups,χ^(2)=6.933,P<0.05.Conclusion:Microsurgical treatment of varicocele has the advantages of faster recovery,less postoperative complications and lower recurrence rate,and get higher patient satisfaction.
