摘要
景感生态学强调以人为本,以可持续发展为目标,关注人与环境之间的关系并促进其协调发展,为社区更新提供了新的研究视角。文章从景感生态学理论出发,研究老旧社区更新,目的为老旧社区的更新与发展找到解决方向。通过理论指导,将经济、生态、人类感知信息等因素融入老旧社区更新中,将其作为更新前期的数据支撑,增加了老旧社区更新的依据。在现状调查、居民调研与理论分析的基础上,提出道路更新改造、建筑更新、景观更新提升、业态更新等微更新策略。
The emphasis on people-oriented ecology, with sustainable development as the goal, focusing on the relationship between people and the environment and promoting their coordinated development, provides a new perspective for community renewal. Based on the theory of landscape ecology, this paper studies the renewal of old and old communities, with the aim of finding a solution for the renewal and development of old communities. Through theoretical guidance, economic, ecological, human perception information and other factors into the renewal of old communities, as a data support in the early update period, increased the basis for the renewal of old communities. On the basis of the status quo research, residents’ survey and theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward the micro-renewal strategies such as road renewal and renovation, building renewal, landscape renewal and upgrading, and industry renewal.
