摘要
目的探讨雾化吸入特布他林及布地奈德对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者的影响。方法回顾性分析本院2019年3月至2020年3月收治的81例行心脏瓣膜置换术的风湿性心脏病患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式的不同分为A组(n=40)和B组(n=41),A组采用布地奈德治疗,B组采用特布他林联合布地奈德治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果 B组治疗总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,IL-10水平均高于治疗前,且B组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于A组,IL-10水平高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组不良反应发生率略低于A组,但差异无统计学意义。结论雾化吸入特布他林及布地奈德治疗心脏瓣膜置换术后患者效果显著,可有效降低炎性反应,且不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the effect of atomization inhalation of tebutalin and buddenide on patients after heart valve replacement.Methods The clinical data of 81 patients with routine heart valve replacement from March 2019 to March 2020 were retrospective analyzed, and they were divided into group A(n=40) and group B(n=41) according to different treatment methods. Group A was treated with buddenide, and group B was treated with tebutalin and buddenide. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factor levels, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the levels of IL-10 were higher than those before treatment, and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in group B were lower than those in group A, and the level of IL-10 in group B was higher than that in group A, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was slightly lower than that in group A,but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Atomization inhalation of tebutalin and bouonide in patients with heart valve replacement can effectively reduce inflammatory reactions and less adverse reactions.
