摘要
采用三维、非定常、可压缩RANS方程和k-ωSST湍流模型及重叠网格技术的数值仿真方法,对我国600 km/h高速磁浮列车明线交会横向气动性能进行研究。展示了明线交会过程中列车表面的压力变化特性,揭示了列车侧向气动力、偏航力矩和侧滚力矩的变化规律,分析了车体横向摆动和侧滚原因,研究了车速对横向气动性能的影响规律。结果表明:通过列车表面压力分布特性决定了观测列车横向气动性能的变化规律;头车横向气动性能最为恶劣,尾车的次之;交会侧压力对各节车厢的侧向力、偏航力矩和侧滚力矩变化起主导作用。侧向力峰值与车速的平方近似成正比。分析了流线段的压力分布特性,为磁浮列车局部气动优化设计提供参考。
Here,the numerical simulation method of 3-D,unsteady and compressible RANS equation,SST turbulence model and overlapping grid technology was used to study lateral aerodynamic performance of our country’s 600 km/h high-speed maglev train during open line intersection.The pressure variation characteristics of train surface during open line intersection were displayed,variation laws of train lateral aerodynamic force,yaw moment and roll moment were revealed,causes of vehicle body lateral swing and roll were analyzed,and influence laws of vehicle speed on lateral aerodynamic performance were studied.The results showed that the variation law of lateral aerodynamic performance of the observed train is determined with distribution characteristics of train surface pressure;the lateral aerodynamic performance of the head car is the worst,followed by that of the tail car;the intersection side pressure plays a leading role in changes of lateral force,yaw moment and roll moment of each carriage;the peak value of lateral force is approximately proportional to the square of vehicle speed;pressure distribution characteristics of flow line segments are analyzed to provide a reference for local aerodynamic optimization design of maglev train.
