摘要
政务信息资源共享在推进政府职能转变、提升政务管理和服务水平、建设人民满意的服务型政府等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文从国家政务信息资源共享的现实出发,以国家统一社会信用代码制度的要求为视角,提出了基于统一社会信用代码的政务信息资源共享的开放架构,定义了开放架构的基本概念,描述了基于共享架构的数据服务模式,提出了促进政务信息资源共享的建议。
Government information resource sharing is playing an increasingly significant role in promoting the transformation of government functions. Starting from the reality of sharing government information resources, from the perspective of the requirement of national unified social credit code system, the paper puts forward an open framework for the sharing of government information resources which based on unified social credit code, defines the basic concepts of open architecture,describes the data service model based on shared architecture, and makes suggestions to promote the sharing of government information resources.
