摘要
将研制的高分子润滑剂在45钢基体表面进行涂覆,通过有限元与实际试验测试润滑剂的实用效果,并利用摩擦磨损试验与扫描电子显微镜表征其摩擦特性,结果表明所制备的高分子润滑剂摩擦系数最小,润滑性能好。利用DeForm-3D软件确定环压试验的理论校准曲线,与实际环压试验结果进行对比,分析高分子润滑剂的摩擦行为,结果表明润滑剂与模具基体发生以物理吸附为主的黏合现象,润滑剂的保护作用有效减少了模具零件之间的摩擦磨损,延长了模具的使用寿命,为更好地指导实践生产提供了借鉴。
The polymer lubricant was coated on the surface of 45 steel,and its practical effect was tested by finite element method and practical experiment.Its friction characteristics were charac⁃terized by using friction and wear test and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the prepared polymer lubricant had minimum friction coefficient and good lubrication perfor⁃mance.DeForm-3D software was used to determine the calibration curve theory of ring crush test,compared with the actual crush results,and the friction behavior of polymer lubricant was ana⁃lyzed.The results showed that the strong adhesion between lubricant and die matrix was mainly physical adsorption,and the protective effect of lubricant could effectively reduce the friction and wear between die parts,which prolonged the service life of die,and provided reference for guiding the practice production.
