摘要
衰弱是一种常见的老年综合征,常表现为多系统功能下降,对不良事件的易感性增加,但衰弱的潜在机制尚不明确。外泌体是一种由细胞分泌的纳米级细胞外囊泡,可介导细胞间信号传导,维持细胞稳态。多项研究表明,外泌体可作为生物标记物与肿瘤、衰老等密切相关,但关于外泌体与衰弱的研究相对较少。本文主要从外泌体蛋白质、核酸和脂质与衰弱的研究进行综述。
Frailty is a common geriatric syndrome,manifested as the decline in the function of multiple systems and increased susceptibility to adverse events,but the underlying mechanism of frailty is still unclear.Exosomes are nano-scale extracellular vesicles secreted by cells,which mediate intercellular communication and maintain cell homeostasis.Many studies have found that exosomes can be used as biomarkers and are closely related to tumors and aging,but there are relatively few studies on exosomes and frailty.This article mainly reviews the research on the relationship between exosomal proteins,nucleic acids,lipids and frailty.
