基于果蝇优化算法的雷达杂波统计模型参数估计方法

摘要 在杂波研究中,雷达杂波统计模型参数估计是研究重点,直接影响着岸基雷达的仿真精度和恒虚警(CFAR)算法的效率。前人使用了不同的参数估计方法来对瑞利分布、K分布等杂波统计模型进行参数估计。论文提出了一种基于果蝇优化算法(Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm,FOA)的参数估计方法,通过设定“果蝇群体”位置初值、初值附近随机搜索、搜索位置更新和进一步搜索的循环对统计参数进行寻优。通过IPIX雷达数据分析表明,该算法能够实现比常规算法更高的拟合精度。 In the clutter research,the clutter distribution model is important for the clutter simulation and Constant False-Alarm Rate(CFAR)algorithm and the parameter estimation of clutter distribution model is one of the core parts.Lots of methods are put forward to estimate the parameters in Rayleigh,Rice,Log-normal,Weibull,K and mixed distribution models.In this article,a parameter estimation method based on Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm(FOA)is presented.The parameters are opti⁃mized by the steps of the random optimized initial position of the fruit fly group,searching around the initial position,updating the group position and future searching.The research of IPIX Radar data proves the validity and accuracy of the method.
