摘要
目的深入了解农村养老院失能老年人对智慧医养结合服务内容及运行的期待,为进一步推行农村智慧医养结合服务,提升失能老年人生活质量提供参考依据。方法采用目的抽样和滚雪球抽样的方法,选取河南省某市下属农村养老院13名失能老年人进行半结构式访谈,以描述性现象学研究法分析转录稿,运用Colaizzi七步分析法归纳主题。结果提炼出3个主题对健康促进服务充满期待;对智慧医养结合平台的期待,包括平台界面适老化、服务模式多样化2个亚主题;对智慧医养结合运行机制的期待,包括组建专业服务团队、纳入医疗保险报销范畴、开通绿色转运渠道3个亚主题。结论农村养老院失能老年人对智慧医养结合服务的需求及期待较高,亟待构建乡土化、个性化、适老化、便捷化的服务供给体系,以多模态供给形式提供全周期、全方位的智慧医养结合服务。
Objective To in-depth understanding of the service and management expectations of the disabled elderly in rural nursing homes on the intelligent medical and nursing combination,and provide a reference for further building an intelligent medical and nursing combination platform suitable for rural elderly and improving their quality of life.Methods The 13 disabled elderly people in rural nursing homes in a city of He'nan Province were selected by purposeful sampling and snowball sampling methods,and conducted by Semi-structured interviews.The transcripts were analyzed by descriptive phenomenological research method,and the topics were summarized by Colaizzi's seven-step analysis.Results The following three themes were extracted:①full of expectations for health promotion services,②expectation of the intelligent medical and nursing combination platform,including two sub-themes that platform interface aging and service mode diversification,③expectation of intelligent medical and nursing combination operating mechanism,including three sub-themes that the establishment of a professional service team,into the scope of medical insurance reimbursement,and the opening of green transport channels.Conclusion Elderly disabled people in rural nursing homes have a high demand and expectation for the service of intelligent medical and nursing combination.It is urgent to construct a local,personalized,aging-appropriate and convenient service supply system,and provide full-cycle and comprehensive intelligent medical and nursing service in the form of multimodal supply.
