摘要
采用非线性Zener模型表征橡胶隔振系统的力学特性,利用谐波平衡法求得系统响应的近似解析解,通过数值方法及UM软件仿真验证了近似解析解的正确性,给出了一种基于模型近似解析解计算橡胶隔振系统无量纲动刚度与滞后角的方法,分析了参数对系统多不变集共存区间及迟滞特性的影响规律.结果表明:系统多不变集共存区间随刚度比μ_(k)的增加而右移,随阻尼系数ξ的减小及刚度非线性系数k_(nl)和激励幅值p的增大而快速向右延伸;随着激励频率ω的增加,系统无量纲动刚度k_(d)先增大后趋于稳定;系统刚度比μ_(k)、刚度非线性系数k_(nl)、振动幅值A的增加会使系统无量纲动刚度k_(d)增大,同时使系统滞后角η减小;系统阻尼系数ξ的增加会增大系统无量纲动刚度k_(d)随激励频率变化的曲线斜率,并使滞后角曲线左移.
By using nonlinear Zener model to characterize the mechanical properties of rubber vibration isolation system,the approximate analytical solution of the system response is obtained by harmonic balance method.The correctness of the approximate analytical solution is verified by numerical method and UM software simulation.A method for calculating the dimensionless dynamic stiffness and lag angle of the rubber vibration isolation system based on the approximate analytical solution of the model is proposed.The influence of parameters on the coexistence interval and hysteresis characteristics of multiple invariant sets of the system is analyzed.The results show that the coexistence interval of multiple invariant sets of the system shifts to the right with the increase of stiffness ratio μ_(k),and extends sharply to the right with the decrease of damping ratio ξ and the increase of stiffness nonlinear coefficient k_(nl) and excitation amplitude p.With the increase of excitation frequency ω,the dimensionless dynamic stiffness of the system k_(d) increases first and then tends to be stable.The increase of stiffness ratioμ_(k),stiffness nonlinear coefficient k_(nl) and vibration amplitude A will increase the dimensionless dynamic stiffness of the system k _(d),and reduce the lag angle of the systemη.The increase of damping ratio ξ will increase the slope of the curve of the dimensionless dynamic stiffness of the system k_(d) with the excitation frequency,and make the lag angle curve shift to the left.
