中国农业节水喷微灌装备研究进展及发展趋势 被引量:26

Research and development trend of agricultural water-saving sprinkler and micro-irrigation equipment in China

摘要 喷灌装备还存在大型喷灌机单井水量不足、中小型喷灌机智能化程度不高、整机效率低、工况适应性较差、系列化程度不足等方面的问题,微灌灌水器不同水质下的抗堵性能还需进一步加强,微灌水肥一体化系统智能决策的精准算法、实用性和可靠性有待提高.对“十三五”以来在中国喷微灌装备研发方面取得的新进展进行综述,重点阐述了中小型喷灌装备、滴灌设备、水肥一体化设备等新技术及新产品的研究进展.针对中国灌溉装备节能节水化、智能化、区域模式化及标准化的发展趋势,提出了灌溉装备的优先发展方向主要有:灌溉装备节能降耗关键技术研究、丘陵山区农业灌溉装备与技术模式、盐碱地灌排控盐技术与装备、水肥药一体化及绿色防控技术与装备、智能化精确灌溉装备、绿色多源互补模式和非常规水资源节水灌溉装备. Large sprinkler irrigation equipment also has some problems such as insufficient water vo-lume of single well,low intelligence of small and medium-sized sprinkler irrigation machines,low overall efficiency,poor adaptability to working conditions and insufficient serialization.The anti-blocking performance of micro-irrigation emitters under different water quality needs to be further streng-thened,and the accurate algorithm,practicability and reliability of intelligent decision-making of micro-irrigation water and fertilizer integration system need to be improved.This new progress made in the research and development of sprinkler micro irrigation equipment in China since the 13th Five-Year Plan is summarized and focusing on the research and development progress of new products such as small and medium-sized sprinkler irrigation equipment,drip irrigation equipment and water fertilizer integration equipment.In view of the development trend of energy-saving,water-saving,inftelligent,regional modeling and standardization of irrigation equipment in China,the priority development directions of irrigation equipment are recommended.It mainly including:research on key technologies of energy saving and consumption reduction of irrigation equipment,agricultural irrigation equipment and technical model in hilly and mountainous areas,irrigation,drainage and salt control technology and equipment in saline alkali land,integration of water,fertilizer and medicine integration green prevention control technology equipment intelligent precision irrigation equipment,green multi-source complementary mode and unconventional water resource water-saving irrigation equipment.
