摘要
EPC总承包项目工程造价控制是项目的核心工作内容,文中结合实例,阐述了EPC总承包管理模式在施工过程造价控制中的细节,总结和展望了EPC管理模式的造价管理要点,以期科学化、规范化和法制化地提高EPC项目管理效率,提升建筑企业项目效益。
The engineering cost control of EPC project is the core work content of the project.Combined with an example,this paper expounds some details of the cooperation between design and construction in the EPC management mode,as well as the engineering cost and project cost control of the general contractor in the construction process,so as to summarize and look forward to the key points of cost management in the future EPC management mode,in order to be scientific standardize and legalize EPC project management efficiency and improve project benefits of construction enterprises.
