摘要
为提高大体量耐磨固化地坪施工质量,确保能够达到规范验收标准,通过对耐磨固化地坪的施工工艺反复论证优化,分析和总结出了相应的技术措施。通过样板施工发现跳仓方法、防空鼓开裂措施、色差控制措施、防滑控制措施等都是影响地坪施工质量的重要因素。为此,制定出相应的固化做法及严密的质量管控验收制度,为同类工程提供借鉴经验。
To improve the construction quality of large-scale wear-resistant solidified floor and ensure that it can meet the acceptance standards required by the specification,the corresponding technical measures are analyzed and summarized through repeated demonstration and optimization of the construction process of wear-resistant solidified floor.Through the sample construction,it is found that the sequence method,measures of preventing hollowing and cracking,color difference control measures and anti-slipping control measures are all important factors affecting the floor construction quality.
