摘要
在能源安全新战略指引和“双碳”目标双重推动下,“低碳转型、能源转型与数字化转型”正加速推进,各电力企业积极转型综合能源服务,抢占市场先机。以国网上海电力为例,探讨企业转型策略。首先梳理了国内外智慧综合能源服务模式现状和趋势,分析了国网智慧综合能源服务转型的驱动因素、战略思路、模式布局及核心能力建设任务;在此基础上,以国网上海电力为例,结合临港新片区发展机遇,形成匹配临港城市能源互联网建设目标的智慧综合能源服务模式,从基本原则、整体架构、实施路径等方面进行具体分析。
Driven by the new strategic guidelines for energy security and“Double Carbon”goals,the“Low-Carbon Devolvement,Energy Evolvement and Digital Devolvement”are accelerating and power companies are actively evolving integrated energy services to seize market opportunities.This paper takes State Grid Shanghai Electric Power as an example to discuss corporate evolvement strategies.Firstly,the status and trends of smart integrated energy service models at domestic and abroad are sorted out then the author analyzes the driving factors,strategic ideas,model layout and core capacity building tasks of the State Grid's smart integrated energy service evolvement.On this basis,taking the State Grid Shanghai Electric Power as an example,combined with the construction opportunities of the Lingang New Area,a smart integrated energy service model that matches the construction goals of the Lingang City Energy Internet is formed.The specific analysis is carried out from the basic principles,whole structure and implementation paths.
